Tuna market is growing fast. According to IMARC Group's report “ Tuna Market : Global Industry Trends, Share, Size, Growth, Opportunity and Forecast 2021-2026,”tuna market will grown around 10million dollars in 2026. Why? Globalization, the increasing demand of tuna around the world in hospitality, restaurants, and family demand. Canned, frozen or fresh, tuna is being one of the most consumed fishes. Ricardo Baeza Errazuriz says that "tuna is already a popular product in the gourmet kitchens, so that we can enjoy a special tuna dish here or in China at the same time".

 Climate change is putting salmon at risk.  Only in Bristol Bay, Alaska, salmon is blooming. But this is an exception.  Families are working harder and harder, year by year, because it's becoming more and more difficult to fish.
